Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

well i have a sister who has sever back pain. is takin neurontin and vicodin. she is in a pain level of 8 to 9. im a massage therpist also so i asked her if the pain is in her leg also she says yes with tingling sensation in her left side... how can i alieviate her pain? we done icing and heat metond and massge nothing seems to work. please help me out.
