Suggest Treatment For Back Sprain And Difficulty In Walking

Dear Dr. I am Mr.G.R.Venugopala, aged 68 years, Ht.5.2, Wt. 48 Kgs. Problem is back sprain and feeling stiffness and walking difficult. Consulted Ortho Dr. and xrayed. Report was regeneration of spinal sprain and advised to take dolo 650 if pain comes and apply volitra gel trice in a day and also advised to do four exercises. Accordingly I am doing. But, while walking I don't feel pain, but when I sit on chair or ground I get pain to get up.Kindly advise whether it is permanent or it will cure. Thanking you.
