Hi Im 27 years old I m a healthy female but I did 12 years of inhome care and ruined my back I have had ex rays done and I was on 3 10mg-325mg norco a day but due to the switch of health care weren t able to perscriebe me as pain management I need help!

You can have spondylitis or inflammation if intervertebral disc. Kindly mention the reason for which you are taking mentioned medication.

You can get medicine after consulting nearby doctors and get prescriptions accordingly. Kindly attach your x-ray report of back spine to comment further.
