Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Infection In Vagina Caused By Enterococcus Faecalis

I have suffered with bacterial infections in my vagina all my life. After so many medical treatments and tests done one dr. told me he did a special culture and he found the name of the bacteria was enteroccocus faecalis. Which is a bacteria found in the gut and I will suffer with this for the rest of my life. Is there any new treatment for this?
