Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Sepsis In A Child

My nephew is one month old He was suffering from bacterial sepsis.he got well but now again he is attacked by pneumonia. His crp is 50. He is given meroperom 250 ,livospan etc antibiotics intravenously by hospital.can u suggest what to do we are very worried

In my opinion he should be hospitalized and get treatment as described . there is need to get the daily FBC, LFTs, RFTs to look for the prognosis.
he should be treated by the pediatrician.
