Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginitis Causing Watery Yellow Vaginal Discharge

Hi Doctor, am having positive BV,I was on clindamycine dalcin c for flu,then I was started on metronidazole 500*2*10 no change so dr prescribed tinidazole 2g*2 and then cefixime 1*1*6 still the discharge still exist ,i only had watery white/yellowish discharge no smell i can tell of and no pain but after these antibiotics I now have pain in my stomach also i don t know if related ,i also was treated for exccess pus in urine with UTI medications all of this happened from 4th of march till now ,I tried home remedies and eating probiotic and milk and yogurt nothing helped discharge still exits ,watery white/yellowish as it is ,I took a urine sample small sand like browns things was there in the urine when left for couple of hours ,also I put garlic near my vagina as am a virgin not(only had oral sex with my BF) inside the garlic turned green never happened before ,but as i read garlic turn green in acidic environment which means my vagina is too acidic so it;s not BV ,what can make false Bv ,and if it BV why all the medication dr prescribed was no good for me will i ever be cured? thanks in advance but am worried..I even tried hydrogen peroxide wash not douche and cut off sugar its been very hard month on me
