Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis With Mouth Sores

Hi there, I started developing bacterial vaginosis, I treated it with pesary, but it did not work. After a month went to see a doctor and he prescribed flagyl and a cream. It did not work either. I took flagyl for 2 weeks, but did not work. I also had mouth trush. Now I started developing a fungal infection in all my body. I feel like a small burnt that lasts one second and then some itchiness, after that I get tiny white spots . I still have itchiness in the genitals inside and outside. I am taking flucol 50mg, 3rd day, but it does not seem to help. I am still itchy. I had a 4th generation ab/ag serum test at 3 1/2 months after the possible exposure with my ex and came back negative. Should I test again or look for a different cause for my problem. I really appreciate your response.
