Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

Was just tested and have no STDs, I have a ongoing case of BV that no perscription will take away...I get 3-4 pimples every couple weeks that I will pop and they squirt puss and then they just burn when I pee (cause they're open) then they go away, but it's such a self esteem issue for me and is ruining my sex life.... help!
