Hi, Bad breath can be due to either causes arising from mouth or problems in general body. As you are saying there are red and white bumps, so there might be some problem within mouth causing bad breath which can be a case of fungal infection, poor oral hygiene, ulceration or any thing else. The problems in your general health can be due to issues in stomach, intestines, liver, diabetes, kidney issue and constipation.
