Hi looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.Cough,cold,fatigue may occur in such cases.Headache occurs due to secondary sinusitis after cold. If I was your treating doctor,I would have given you Antibiotics(like Amoxicillin),Analgesic (like Ibuprofen),Antacid (like Rantac),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine),Cough Expectorant (containing Ambroxol/Guaifenesin)Oral Decongestant (like containing Phenylephrine) if you are not hypertensive and Nasal decongestant drops . You should also do steam inhalation.Avoid cold,oily and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Avoid dust and other pollutants.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Drinking hot tea with lemon,ginger and honey also helps.
