Suggest Treatment For Bad Vaginal Odor After Prolonged Tampon Use

I just experienced a death in the family and have not been myself. I forgot i had a tampon in and put another in on top of the old one...i don't know how long it was in there but when it came out it was gross. Then last night I had intercourse and forgot one was in and found it today...i don't honestly know how long either of them were in for but now i have the most horrible smell down there. it's really bad. should i go to urgent care?
