Suggest Treatment For Bad Vaginal Odor Along With Itchiness

Soo I had unprotected sex like 3 weeks ago...and I came on my period... 2 days after my period ended...my vagina smell a lil weird but not horrible...it don t smell like fish or anything like that. Umm and it itches but not that bad.... I also have like unmm I think it s light yellow/orange/pink spotting...i can t really tell :/
