Suggest Treatment For Bad Vaginal Odor

I am having a vaginal smell that is so strong I can smell it outside my clothes. I would compare the smell to trash and/or a fart. I have already been tested for a bacterial infection, yeast infection, and trichonosis. All came back negative. What do I have and how can I get rid of it???
