Suggest Treatment For Balance Disorder And Headache

I recently had an MRI and these were the impressions. I have been having migraine type headaches everyday for over 2 months. I am also having balance issues. 1. Mildsupratentional small vessel disease. 2. Mild cerebral involutional change. 3. Very small pituitary gland 5. Subtle contrast blush in the midline pons

Hi,

Those changes in themselves do not cause a headache, they are coincidental findings, not related directly to a headache. Whether they are normal depends a little on your age (unfortunately you do not provide much info on that regard), such changes are commonly found with ageing, but uncommon at a young age.
