Suggest Treatment For Bald Patch After Suffering From Ingrown Hair

I am 28 and have thick hair. I have never had problem with any hair loss. I had an ingrown hair two weeks ago and popped it and it has healed as of recently. But I have began to notice that in the same spot the bump was from the ingrown hair, there is now a small bald patch. I think I can see where tiny hairs may be starting to grow back in this area but is this normal? will the hair grow back in this location?
