Suggest Treatment For Bartholin S Gland Cysts

I ve had trouble with Bartholins Gland Cysts. Marsupolization on right side and this has been working fine in order to keep the Gland draining. However, I just received a voicemail on my cell regarding from my doctor with the pathology results tested positive for Gardnerella. Is this considered an STD. Please let me know. Thank you for your help.
