Suggest Treatment For Bed Bug Bites

I was out of town for 2 nights, and on the 2nd morning I woke up with bites from bed bugs (we later found 3 bugs hiding behind the headboard of the bed). I have about 30 bites, and I can put topical medicines on most of them. The 3 I am worried about are on my eyelid, and go in a line from the crease down to just above the lashes. I am sensitive to histimines, and I am worried that these bumps will swell and itch like many of the others on the rest of my body. I am also afraid to use cortizone creame, etc. that close to my eye; I am taking benadryl, and it is helping alleviate some of the itching and soreness from the bites. Is there anything else I can or should do for the 3 bites on my eyelid?
