Suggest Treatment For Benign Fibroadenoma

Hello, i am 22 years old. Grandmother died of breastcancer, mother has had several breast tumors removed of which one was phyllodes. grandmother on other side just had mastectomy and chemotherapy. last year i was diagnosed with benign fibroadenoma which has since grown significantly and begun to hurt quite badly. My GP won t refer me for another breast clinic appointment as she says we know it s benign. Whole breast now hurts. What shall i do?
