General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to Meniere disease. I recommend using meclizine hydrochloride to relieve vertigo. I also recommend reducing salt in the diet. If the symptoms continue you should see an ENT specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
