Suggest Treatment For Better Sleep
I am on dexamethasone and will be on it for 2 weeks. Can I take tylenol or benedryl to help me sleep. I am taking this steroid because I have had sudden hearing loss. I am 64 and in good health otherwise. I am hyper and can't sleep. I am 5 ft. and weigh 106.

You can take tablet Zolpidem 5mg for sleep when required. It can cause slight hangover next day but is safe overall.
