Suggest Treatment For Bicornuate Uterus And Degenerative Spine

i am 63 african american female, overweight, have a bi-corunate uterus
and degenerative spine, i suffer dailye with pain. i was told they cannot
give me a hysterectomy, i also have lupus. what is the type of surgery
i need so i can get through the post menopause. i am not on hrt, therefore
i am suffering daily now with right ovarian pain, to which there is a cyst,
and lower spinal pain from degenerative arthritis? thank you!
