Suggest Treatment For Bicornuate Uterus During Pregnancy

Hello, I am pregnant I am 6,5 weeks, I have bicornuate uterus, I am 35 years old, should I take progesterone to prevent miscarriage? Is there any side effect? Or should I make a progesterone level test first? I read that there is more that 50% change of miscarriage with bicornuate uterus and I am very worried. Thank you

Yes, there is always high risk of miscarriage when you have altered uterine anatomy like bicornuate uterus.
So get done progesterone levels first.
If low, get progesterone shots as early as possible.
Progesterone helps in proper implementation. So low progesterone levels in bicornuate uterus should be treated promptly.
