Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Dermoid Cyst

Hi im 34 .i have bilateral dermoid cyst on my rigth measuring 12cm and my left 6cm.but i dont feel traggic pain.my latest ultrasound result that i have anterverted,endometrium thick 0.88cm,iso-echoic and i have 3 folicle matured size of 3x2:62x2.36 & 1.8,1.69 & 1.88x1.61...please explain to me if i have chance to get pregnant.im on my 5th cycle of clomid....please help me thank you

Hello,

I can understand your concern for bilateral dermoid cyst.

In all your kind of cases it requires proper surgery and excision of the dermoid cyst. You can meet either a gynecologist or a surgeon to get the excision of the dermoid cyst. You can go excision of both the cyst in one sitting and get relieved of the problem at once.
