Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Endometriotic Cysts

I'm 28, height 168cm, weight 64.5.I just had my 2 ovarian cyst rmoved last week. The report shows that they are bilateral endometriotic cysts. Doc said there are some 'roots' on my ovary. He suggested me to have 3 injections to make the 'roots' dry off so that the cycts won't grow back. So, what is the best treatment?
