Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder For A 30-year-old

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 30 years ago and recently was diagnosed with PTSD. I am going thru some trials in life but I have been crying to the extreme. When I share my story or when I am alone I begin crying and just can t stop. yes, I have been under the care of a psychiatrist and on medication all thru the years. I am currently also seeing a Therapist and attending DBT group sessions to help me thru this. Most importantly, Jesus Christ is my Savior and I should enjoy peace in my life because of hat He has done for me.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sometimes though we know that we should peace, it is difficult to find or hold onto.
You would have to keep searching and hoping for it, keep believing.Surround yourself with persons who would support you.

Your medication may need to be adjusted if your mood is still not controlled. Your psychiatrist would be able to do this for you.

I hope this helps
