I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and am a single parent with two children aged 9 and eleven who have been really traumatised and stressed in the last two years of my illness, what do you suggest to help reduce cortisol levels and bring back safe happy feelings

hi
thanks for using healthcare magic

Best way in ur case to control bipolar disorder is to take ur medicine regularly to avoid relapse. U can also do regular relaxation exercise that would stay u calm. Try to spend time with children during weekend and get them out of home for outing. Try to maintain the all these things, if u face any problem u can connect us.

Thanks
