Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

I ve been battling with alot of mental problems for a while now. The biggest issue is being bipolar. I ve tried dealing with it by myself without help, but it s worsening, but I don t know how to tell my family I need help. Also, I have these random episodes where I shut down and I m unable to talk to anyone, like my mouth is paralyzed. Mentally I m trying to force myself to talk but my mouth won t move, is that common?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

May be you are getting, all these symptoms due to medications's side effects. In that case, you should talk to your psychiatrist or physician for proper diagnosis. I think, you have dystonia. In that case, you need to take central anticholinergic drugs. These drugs would help to control such symptoms. If you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
