Suggest Treatment For Bipolar

hello. I have never reached out for help but I need it. My boyfriend is bipolar and it has hit a new low Tonight. I have no idea what to do because this is worse than its ever been in 2 years. He s talking about suicide and saying that it s the disease talking and that the real him died already.

Hello,
Get him to emergency department if he is talking about suicide. He needs emergency assistance. There are many treatments for bipolar disorder but he must be under the care of a psychiatrist to get the best treatment. Do not delay, get him to emergency care now.
