Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on elbow.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't worry, it will gradually fade away on its own.
2. Apply a mild depigmenting cream like kojivit twice daily on it.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream once at night.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
