Suggest Treatment For Black Discoloration And Cracks On The Sloes Of The Feet
I am trying to help my brother as he just does not follow up. He has bad feet. The soles are black and he has extreme cracking. He wnt bare foot or flip flops for years. He is over weight and is having problems walking a lot. Iam not sure if he should go to a podiatrist or demetologist first. His daughter and I are going to QB this problem

He should consider a dermatologist first ,if necessary, a podiatrist can be added to this based on the dermatology recommendation.
Shoes , to prevent the feet from further damage, would be needed as well.
