Suggest Treatment For Black Eyes After A Head Injury

fell hit the back of head 4 days ago,with a lump on the back of head, did not lose pass out, no headache no dizziness no vision changes, now has black eye though did not bump the eye area or the front of face, what does that mean? Can I wait till tomorrow to see the doctor? Should I go right away if the bruises gets worse and develops on the other eye also

Thanks for asking
blacking around eye is due to effect of trauma. Although direct trauma is not at that site but as a result of trauma to other aide of head blood collection occurred around eye. As tissue around eye is soft and there is lot of space for collection. Nothing to worry about this black spot as this will clear with time.
But yu should visit your hospital and rule out any other injury in head. Whether there is any collection inside scalp bone , if it is there should be removed surgically.
