Suggest Treatment For Black Patch Around The Eye

Hi Sir/mam, About 3 weeks ago, i fell from my motor bike and my right eyebrow got hit to the ground . lot of bleeding took place and after some time, heavy swelling was noticed around the eyebrow area as well both my upper and lower eyelids are completely closed. After taking some medicines, the swelling come down to normal and both eyelids are opened completely. However, the black patch around the eye though reduced to maximum extent, but not changed to normal skin color till date. Mean while, since one week, im having head reeling sensation after i got up from bed. Kindly suggest me the further course of advice.

cold compression can be givenover swelling. black eye is hematoma sipping into developmentaly same layer. the injury amounts tobe head injury. so internal part of eye is to be examined. fundus examination tosee lens injury and vetriousbleeding, retinal injury. if no internal injury then nothing toworry and notreatment is requered.
