Suggest Treatment For Black Pigmentation And Pimples On Face

Dear, Dr i have used betnovate c for last 4 years on my face and now i stopped to do so but when i stopped it, my face becomes black ,dull and pimples appearing on face i m totaly confused about what to do please Dr suggest me me what to do now or suggest me what type of food should i intake to overcome it,,, please help me Dr

Hi. You cant do more harm by using betnovte c. It is a steroid and is not meant for pimples. Moreover, such a potent steroid are very very harmful on facial skin. We Dermatologists are trying to create awareness about steroid abuse. Go through the link

Regarding your management, STOP USING BETNOVATE C. You have done enough harm already. Consider it emergency and consult a Dermatologist. Meanwhile apply clindamycin cream twice daily and emolene cream twice daily. Stop soap/ face wash and avoid direct sunlight. Hope it helps.
