Suggest Treatment For Black Spot On Mons Pubis

black spot on my mons pubis rounded and seems A little bit like something in it but all black Non-flat ..I tried to open it with needle and some blood came out , but it wasnt there before and i saw it growing to become like small tiny seeds of corn !!!
