Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of black spots and acne on face which is very common in your age group, it occurs due to hormonal changes and when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells and causing area to be red and swollen. I would suggest you to exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics along with retinoids and isotrentoin. You can go for laser therapy as well. You should wash your face using a mild soap and lukewarm water. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
