i have two black spots on my bottom lip. one is small and one is big. its also smooth and it doesnt hurt. i dont smoke, i dont drink tea or coffee, i dont take any medications, im twelve turning thirteen in a month, i sometimes bite my lip, and i dont use chapstick. its been there for about a year. what do i do?
