Hi
It is a condition that could be very disturbing but treatable. There are a series of home remedies that can help clear the sopts. these are tea tree oil massage, egg white application, aloe vera bases lotion massage and finally exfoliation to keep the skin pores clean.Any of these will need time and commitment to get over you problem.I advise you visit a dermatologist for better explanation if you can not do this on your own.
Best regards
