Suggest Treatment For Black Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pain With Bilharzia

am an 18 year old and once suffered frm bilharzia for 3 years,but it was treated and now am having delayed periods.and the blood is dirty lk blackish,i experience abdominal pains,a whitish discharge comes out,itching around the vagina.and my skin to,am losing weigh.i weigh 53kg am nt sure about my height but am tall.can you help doctor i fear that i may not have children.i went 2 the doctor but did give me fragile,but no difference
