Suggest Treatment For Bladder Infection After Hysterectomy
I am 5 weeks post hysterectomy. Had internal bleeding one week after surgery. Ended up back in hospital for one week. Recovering past 3 weeks. Today I have pain on left and right side and burning in the center and when I urinate. Bladder or UTI infection?

* Guidelines at present:
- Drink plenty of liquids
- Maintain vaginal hygiene
- Take culture specific antibiotics
- Take anti-inflammatory drugs
- Urinary Alkalisers
- Regular follow up with your surgeon
- Avoid any sex activities
