Suggest Treatment For Bleeding After Non-penetrative Intercourse

My friend is a virgin and she just called me and said she was fingered for the first time. She is freaking out because it really hurt her and now she is bleeding and still in pain. Can someone help me on what to tell her just happened, and if she needs to go talk to a doctor.
