Suggest Treatment For Bleeding After Vasectomy

I had emergency surgery after a vasectamy. A clamp poped off tha Vas Deferense right after the procedure and started bleeding. I was operated on that night and the Vas was tied off. I have a couple of stitches from the mid scrotum to the top of pubic bone region. A great mass and swollen ness under the incission is present. That Testicle is very high and is not hanging down like the other one. My Dr says it will eventally drop down. Its been 10 days since the surgery and its not going down and the incission area is brutilly sore and tender. Is this mass and testicle position something to worry about?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the vasectomy done and post operative bleeding being stopped then other condition would be no matter of concern because this might not be the consequences of vasectomy but this might have been there for long time, second if this is asymptomatic then it is again no need to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
