Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Bloating After Hysterectomy

HI i am four weeks post op vaginal hysterectomy and posteria repair and anteria repair. Since 19th March i have been loosing fresh red blood after it had tailed off preciously. Today again fresh blood with clots, I was told in hospital I had a haematoma near my bladder which should disperse itself, is this normal. i have some pressure and tummy bloating?
