Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Discoloration On A Leg Wound

I have a wound on my leg (below the knee) which caused the skin to become black. It has been there for about five years and now I fell on the wound causing the black wound to open and bleed. I got it treated and got a tetanus shot. What is the condition and how can it be treated? How can the black mark be made to be gone?

As you explain the situation what is wondering me is the cause of the wound. Because from that starts everything I mean the expectations of the healing and all the others. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
