Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Around The Yolk

i am 5 wks and 2 days have had some lite vaginal bleed on at 2 weeks and again at 5 weeks with some extrem cramping went to er had ultrasound they found a cyst on my ovary i have had surgrey in past to remove cysts also heart rate is 129 and theres some bleeding around the yolk should i be more worried then what the dr is saying
