Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Cut Between Penis And Foreskin
during sex with my partner i had a cut on the joint between penis and the fore skin near pee hole.it bleeded and i felt a huge pain that time. Is it a problem or a cause of concern because after that I am unable to move my fore skin up and down it feels pain.

Cut injury over glans penis could lead to balanitis or balanoposthitis (infection of glans penis).
It would be also helpful for me to diagnose and rule out and also,if you could say if is there was an unprotected intercourse ?
The important thing is to diagnose it first by a clinical examination by a general surgeon by doing inspection and palpation.
The following treatment would be helpful.
1) Hot Sitz bath-
Sit for 15-- 20 minutes and also clean off any clear or whitish secretion. Do it at least twice a day.
2. Local Steroid cream/ointment application- Clean off and wipe off the area clean and dry,following which apply local steroid ointment like betamethasone The infection should start subsiding after 3 to 4 of Ointment application.
3. You can be given oral antibiotics like cephalosporins (cefadroxyl or cefixime) or quinolones or macrolides but only after complete clinical examination.
