Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From The Ear

My left ear just started bleeding a bit. I have antibiotic ear drops and put 2 drops in my left ear already. About 30 minutes later, I felt some more leakage coming out from my left ear so I put a cotton ball in (not all the way in, just at the outer part to soak up any excess leakage) and after another 30 minutes, I took it out to change it. Well, I noticed this small bloody fleshy booger thing connected to it. I m not sure what it is but I should I go to an emergency room to get this checked out? My left ear doesn t hurt or anything and I can hear normally out of it still.
