Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Lump On Prerinum

I have noticed for a while now that when I go to the toilet and wipe a spot of blood comes out on the tissue which is coming from a small skin tag like lump on my prerinum (im a female) but I m not sure what this is? Its also sore and can sting in that area when I urinate sometimes please help

it could be an anal polyp, a skin tag or a hemorrhoid based from your description. it is best if you consult with your doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical examination. diagnostics if needed and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.
