i have recently had a double mastectomy and have been taking tamoxefin as prescribed i now have some kind of what i thought to be a yeast infection at first but now i have blisters and dry cracks in the vaninal area what can i do for the pain until i can see my dr

Painful blisters and cracks in vaginal area are mostly seen with herpes infection.
So consult your gynecologist as early as possible.
Till that time, apply ice packs on lesions. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. You can can take over the counter painkiller, paracetamol or ibuprofen.
