Suggest Treatment For Blisters In Throat

I get small blisters in my throat that burst & leave a bigger patch that feels like sandpaper. Although idont get heartburn i assume it might be acid reflux. Omaprezole & rinitidine do not work, is there anything else i can take? I have a hiatal hernia.
