Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Hand With Swelling

Hello, my hands started getting red and then appeared to have what looked like burns and blisters on them. This started two weeks ago and they are still red raw and discolored looking. I noticed that I also have red marks that look like burns on my sides. They appear to have gotten lighter recently. My mind is very cloudy, i don t remember simple things like how to spell a word I have spelled thousands of times before or how to get somewhere I have been many times before. I also have an extremely swollen area on the lower right side of my back right above my waist. Do any of these symptoms sound like anything familiar to you. Thank you for your feedback.
